Using phone photos with bad lighting
Dark, uneven product photos kill conversions. Even a simple two-light setup with a white backdrop transforms listings.
Not backing up design files
If your laptop dies and your designs are only on it, your business stops. Use the SSD backup and cloud sync.
Printing shipping labels on regular paper
Cutting and taping printed labels is slow and looks unprofessional. A thermal label printer pays for itself in time savings within weeks.
A laptop gives flexibility to work from craft fairs, co-working spaces, or while traveling. Desktop only if you never move.
Canva (free/affordable) for simple designs, Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer for advanced work. Start with what you know.
Use a light tent or white foam board as a backdrop. Two lights at 45-degree angles, shoot from slightly above. Consistency matters most.
A livestream kit for small churches that need clear audio, stable video, and repeatable Sunday operation.
A compact setup for sharper product photos, clean light, and faster ecommerce listing workflows.
A front desk hardware stack for check-ins, labels, payments, calls, and admin work.
